This is a year-round ride averaging 16.5 - 17.5 mph for 40 to 46 miles. We meet at Homeland Grocery at NW 122 & Rockwell Ave, NW parking lot. Moderate terrain out to far NW Oklahoma County, then to Edmond for coffee, and return. During cold/poor weather, check FaceBook (Francis Tuttle Bicycle Training Ride) for updates such as group Zwift alternatives.

Registration is required. Payment In Full In Advance Only. Riders must register by Wednesday morning, April 13, 2022, at 8:00 am to receive the ride t-shirt. RIDE-DAY REGISTRATION WILL BE $60 for all but Fun Ride riders. Fun Ride registration will remain at $15. All riders must wear a helmet. Riders 18 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult rider. Riders must obey all traffic laws; the Tour de Tulsa routes are public roads. THE COURSE IS NOT CLOSED TO TRAFFIC and intersections are not controlled for riders.

The Ride of Silence is an annual multi-location, international bicycle ride to commemorate cyclists killed and support those injured while riding on public roads. It helps to raise awareness among motorists, the public and decision makers of the dangers cyclists face on the roads, especially from other traffic. The 2024 Central Oklahoma Ride of Silence will be held at the State Capitol on May 15 at 6:30 PM.
